Traveling and Blogging

Left Moscow on the 16th by train to Minsk. Then to Berlin which I reached on the 19th. And now I'm in Baden-Baden. Will soon be back in Berlin. And, for the time being, I'll stop blogging. Don't see a payoff. Prefer keeping private notes.

Moscow

Enough of Russian province for now. Want to go to language school in Moscow, for a week. And then province again would make sense, to me. Was in Uglich on Friday, alone, had to talk Russian. The next day, I took private lessons, a perfect combination: knew exactly what I wanted.

Passed Week

It has been a week since my last update. Time is passing by quickly, and not that much is happening. My cell phone had been robbed, and I got it back. Was somewhat adventurous. And, I've changed places, due to construction work. Now I live with German speaking Kolja and his father, in a house not too far away from the first one. Below is a picture of my current work and sleep place. Want to really really learn Russian now. Don't have much trust in Software or book solutions. Prefer personal experience and a good teacher. The first one, I get all the time, and the second one, we are trying to find.

... so far on my own projects. Got a professional assignment today, by a client who referred me to Dostoyevsky's "The Idiot".

Myshkin

Arrived yesterday evening: Myshkin, at the river Wolga. Cold, simple, and provincial. Perfect for getting some work done. If only my tooth would get better.

Dental Surgery

Got dental surgery today. Had to change plans. My flight is now scheduled on 6. November. Too soon? But I had to make a decision, and I don't have a permanent place in Berlin in November. Still, I'm not feeling too well, feeling pressure.

Plane Ticket

Booked a flight from Berlin to Moscow, on 28. October. Scheduled arrival: 15:20 MSK. Plan to take an overnight train to a station named Wolga the same day.
